Working closely with our local partner Dynamic Automation, our engineering team have developed concepts and built machinery to be as efficient as possible, whilst also creating innovative ideas to help us process our products in new and exciting ways.

Advanced Composites, have ATP (Automatic tape placement) facilities which have allowed us to develop with the use of thin ply, High strength carbon technology to manufacture high-quality digital motor sleeves.

These parts were developed alongside Dyson Engineers, to create Dyson digital motor sleeves with tolerances of ±13 microns on Wall thickness and inside diameter.

Dynamic Automation also worked closely with Advanced to automate the production process to produce and measure each part produced, running into millions.

The experience gained by the management and workforce over the years means we are now capable of producing  varying size rotor sleeves and many other products with our unrivalled ATP skills.

ATP allows high strength Carbon to be placed in the construction of the tubes at varying angles and tensions to create innovative bespoke tubes for many customers. We have also used this ATP Technology to help Avid Technology in their Manufacture of the Evo Axial Flux Electric Motor.

In addition –  our team our able to offer an unparalleled selection of painting and finishing options to ensure that the final components delivered are created to your exact specifications; a good example being the finished offered on components developed for use in the Evo Axial Flux Electric Motor.
